1. Zero data egress from CERA
Your CERA copy runs entirely inside your own organization work drive. The CERA workbook and bound script send nothing out — no telemetry, no callbacks, and no log or report data ever leaves your environment.
2. Zero customer sign-in & zero customer PII on cera.tools
Customers redeeming a one-time invite link (cera.tools/i/…) never sign in to cera.tools and never enter an email address or personal name. Only the organization name, organization domain, country, and reference code entered by your representative or authorized partner are stored as internal attribution labels.
3. Partner Hub & Admin Console work accounts
For authorized partners and internal team members signing in at get.cera.tools or admin.cera.tools, we store your work email address, organization domain, team assignment, and role to isolate your personal list of generated links and manage access control.
4. Essential security cookies only
We use no third-party analytics or tracking pixels. When signed in to CERA Partner Hub, an encrypted host session cookie (__Host-cera_sid) and a cross-subdomain failsafe cookie (cera_hub_ctx) prevent accidental self-consumption of customer one-time links.
